Hi, I’m Elsa Bartley.
I’m a user experience designer, strategist and manager. This means I like to make things better for the people using them because improving stuff is fun and important. I’ve been doing this for a while now, so complex challenges are more interesting and user research is fundamental to being able to make good decisions.
The internet is a powerful tool and therefore I think everyone should have the opportunity to use it, regardless of their circumstances. It’s easy to take our privilege for granted, but there’s a lot we can do.
